3 Options to Purchase Your Permit / Renewal:
1. Call Brian Corke, VSA Membership Director, at 250-542-4782 to make arrangements to meet and do the paperwork in person.
2. Download the member sheet below, complete it, sign it and mail it and a cheque to the address shown. Brian will, in due course, mail you your permit and decal(s).

3. Complete the form on the Capri website (where you'll be able to use your credit card - Capri pays the credit card fees). Capri then notifies the VSA, who will in turn send you your permit/decal(s), in due course.
